BOUQUET D'ALELLA

Under this motto Bouquet d'Alella was born, the adventure that the Cerdà brothers courageously undertook in 2010, marked by the tradition inherited from their father -Antoni Cerdà-, present in the farmhouse and the vineyards and the illusion to produce a modern product, of quality, with an image of future.
Playing with the name of the family estate -Can Boquet- and the term bouquet, the French word that designates the aromas that the wine gives off, Bouquet d'Alella promotes on the one hand the production and sale of quality organic wines, and on the other hand the promotion of wine experiences with a firm commitment to wine tourism just 15 km from Barcelona.
The estate has 14 hectares of vineyards planted more than 25 years ago and today cultivated with ecological techniques, located in the municipalities of Alella, Cabrils, Teià and Vilassar de Dalt (DO Alella). This dispersion of the plantation means that different subclimates and soils of the Maresme are represented in them.
The white varieties planted are Pansa Blanca and Garnacha Blanca. The red varieties are Syrah, Black Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Monestrell.
All these variables are experimented with in order to obtain quality wines, bearing in mind that the winery has a clear objective: to promote the native varieties.
