Description
WINEMAKING:
Wine made only with Chardonnay grapes from the estate, specifically from the Chacó vineyard.
TASTING NOTES:
White Wine slightly golden in colour with green reflections and high density. The presence of abundant and persistent tears stands out. Very powerful nose with hints of very ripe and exotic fruits, mainly mango. Non-aggressive and very balanced entry, good acidity in the mouth and reminiscent of mango. Long and pleasant aftertaste.
PAIRING:
It is advisable to take it with fish, rice and seafood.
Serve between 8 and 9ºC.
