WINEMAKING:

Emblematic wine of the winery. Conventional and sustainable vineyards 100% own (over 50 years) at an altitude of 340-400 meters. Slate stone soils (Llicorella) on a steep slope. Maceration for 3 days, alcoholic fermentation in 600 litre barrels with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 15 months in barrels with its fine lees.

TASTING NOTES:

Amber yellow color, bright, clean. On the nose, peaches and apples. Also a touch of yeast from its ageing. Sweet attack on the palate, good acidity, silky. It is a creamy wine, of good smoothness, with hints of white fruits and a little butter. Light at the same time and retains a lot of minerality.

PAIRING:

Ideal with white and blue fish, appetizers, cold meats, tapas and rice dishes such as paella.

Recommended tasting temperature between 9 and 11 ºC.
