WINEMAKING:

Centenary, natural and sustainable 100% own vineyards at an altitude of 360-450 meters. Slate stone soils (Llicorella) on a steep slope. Maceration for 15 days, alcoholic fermentation in 600 litre barrels with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.

Production limited to 3.500 bottles.

TASTING NOTES:

It has a cherry red colour with purple glints. On the nose aromas of black fruit (black cherry), spicy spices (black pepper) and toasted wood appear. The palate is dry, light-bodied, full-bodied, elegant, structured, with soft tannins and red fruit flavors. Long and fruity finish.

PAIRING:

Ideal with red meats, appetizers, sausages, tapas, game meats, poultry, leg of lamb, mature cheeses.

Recommended tasting temperature between 16 and 18 ºC.
