WINEMAKING:

Single-variety Priorat wine from old vineyards.

Aged for one year in chestnut barrels.

Limited production of 133 numbered bottles.

TASTING NOTES:

Intense cherry colour, clean and bright.

On the nose, aromas of citrus fruit such as tangerine and aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry stand out. In the mouth it is very intense, with secondary aromas of aromatic herbs and tertiary aromas of cocoa.

PAIRING:

It harmonizes perfectly with red meat, vegetables and spicy food.

Serve between 14° and 16°C.

We recommend decanting the wine at least 20 minutes before serving.
