Description

WINEMAKING:

Combination of two varieties with a lot of character, both from the estate of the Serra de Castellnou. Each one is treated separately during its fermentation and ripening process with its fine lees for 4 months in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wines are blended to find an innovative style with its own personality.

The first fractions of the must were racked at 13ºC for 24 hours and fermented for 25 days at 14ºC. Coupage in December 2019. Clarified with bentonite, filtered, stabilized and bottled in February 2020.

TASTING NOTES:

Bright yellow with soft green tones, it stands out for its aromatic power full of fruit sensations. In the tasting it is tasty, ample and with a good acidity, which makes that we are in front of a wine that stands out for its pleasant structure. It stands out for its complexity both in the nose and in the mouth.

PAIRING:

Ideal for all types of rice, white meat, cheese and fatty fish such as cod.

Serve between 8º and 10ºC.
