A blend of 4 varieties (60% Red Grenache + 20% Carignan 10% Syrah + 10% Cabernet Sauvignon) that are aged for 10 months in 500 litre French oak barrels, to obtain a rounded wine in harmony between the sensations of ageing and those of each variety.
A Terra Alta D.O. With a structured, balsamic and voluminous passage through the mouth, which leaves a long and persistent finish. Ideal for red meats, game, lamb or casseroles.
Fine, elegant wine that will evolve well ...not like this pair... 🤣
